What type of paper/printer do you print on? High quality archival pigment Epson inkjet prints on Hahnemühle Photo Rag fine art photo paper.

What is the turnaround time? 10 business days + shipping on framed print orders, and 7 business days + shipping on print only orders. Please note, some shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances caused by COVID-19.

What are the actual sizes of printed images and frames?

Images are printed full bleed in the sizes specified (8x10 and 16x24).
Framed 8x10 prints with no mat exterior frame size is 10.875x8.875.
Framed 8x10 prints with mat include 1.5" mat with an exterior frame size measuring 13.875x11.875.
Framed 16x24 prints with no mat exterior frame size is 24.75x16.875
Framed 16x24 prints with mat include 3" mat with an exterior frame size measuring 30.75x22.75

Are framed prints mounted? Yes, standard dry mount

Do framed prints come with a mount? Yes, a wire mount is included.

Do you accept custom orders/requests? Yes! We are happy to accommodate requests for special sizes, frames and prints not currently available in our store. Just shoot us an email at studio@brinsonbanks.com and we will do our best to make it happen.
